SEE IMPACT
The Masih Youth Education Trust (MYET) is a community development initiative founded by sons and daughters of the Masihiyawa of the former Sokoto State — today's Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara. We exist to equip our young people with the education, mentorship and opportunity to become a shining example of the realised potential of Hausa-Fulani Christians in northern Nigeria.
A prosperous, self-actualised Masihiyawa community that stands as a beacon of light across northern Nigeria.
To form a united, highly educated and prosperous community through education and social entrepreneurship.
Faith, excellence, integrity and shared responsibility — the pillars that guide every decision we make.
Education breaks the cycle. We invest in young Masihiyawa minds because tomorrow's leaders, doctors, teachers and entrepreneurs are sitting in classrooms today — and many need a hand to stay there.
MYET was founded by sons and daughters of the Masihiyawa who understand firsthand the cost of education and the weight of representation. Every naira given is stewarded by a board that walked the road before our scholars.
We do not stop at tuition. We build mentors, networks and role models so that each student leaves stronger than they arrived.
Four programmes working together to move a student from enrolment to graduation to giving back.
Covering school fees, exam registration and learning materials so finances never cut a promising journey short.
One-to-one pairing with professionals in medicine, engineering, theology, business and public service.
Internships, CV clinics and introductions that turn a degree into a livelihood after graduation.
Social enterprise and grassroots initiatives that strengthen families across Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara.
Pastoral support and discipleship that anchors students as Hausa Christian leaders in every environment.
Graduates give back as mentors, donors and role models — closing the loop and multiplying impact.
Every scholar we support is the result of a community who refused to watch from the sidelines.
Fund one scholar's tuition, books and mentorship for an academic year. Every naira is receipted and directly tied to a student.
